WeMN MENTORING PROGRAM

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The WeMN Mentoring Program is a flagship program and a priceless resource that members of Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota (WeMN) can tap into to achieve further personal and professional growth. It is a vehicle for linking qualified leading business professionals with other professionals seeking to expand their career or business potential. Qualified leading business professionals with proven experience in a variety of fields can help others by providing a clearer road map to achieve goals faster and more effectively. As a volunteer program with an informal setting, our objective is to provide a value-added opportunity for our members for higher-level learning and to encourage loyalty to our organization.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Program Duration/Cost: Six months/None-members only.
  
• Participants: Members of WeMN interested in starting a business, expanding a business, or taking their career to the next level. Repeat participants are welcome.
  
• Competencies: Our members have rich and varied business backgrounds and many have higher education as well as specialization in some key industries.
  
• Levels: WeMN members are at different stages in their businesses and careers –some have even successfully transitioned to a whole new business or career.
• How to participate: Complete our Electronic Profile Assessment/Registration Form by the deadline (this form is sent to all WeMN Members by email at registration time.)
  
• Mentoring Match-up Event: After the registration and matching process, participants receive an invitation to attend our WeMN Mentoring Program Kickoff Event to learn more in depth about the program and to meet their partner to begin their Mentoring journey.
  
• Ongoing Mentor-only Pool: If interested in becoming a Mentor, please sign up today by contacting Amalia@AmaliaLLC.com to request to be added to the Mentor Pool. We will then contact you at the beginning of the next program start.
